The sign on the door of the red brick across from the post office invites you to stop in and visit the newly remodeled and state of the art furnished location. Brenda is available to provide confidential out-sourced payroll processing services, which include all periodic deposits and government filings. She is also offering a full range of bookkeeping services at whatever level is needed. An exciting aspect of the business is the training of in-house bookkeepers for several office applications. In Brenda’s office area there is a five (5) workstation computer-training center (with Internet access). Brenda uses the fully furnished computer lab for classroom or individual training. She will consult with you and your staff in the use Quicken, Quick Books or Quick Books Pro, e-mail, Internet Web surfing, Internet banking (including bill paying), Word Processing, Spreadsheets using Excel, Database using Access, Power Point presentations or even beginner computer usage. Brenda has taught classes to area professionals and residents and will schedule classes to train at your convenience. Her personalized hands-on training is becoming a very noted success. She will also train on site at your location. Brenda’s main objective is to help ensure that you have a clean electronic summary to provide your CPA the needed information to complete your tax return timely and at the least amount of professional cost. With Brenda’s prior experience as an office manager/staff accountant in a local CPA office and several years working with accounts payable, accounts receivable and multi company payrolls she is looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your needs and her competitively priced offerings. |
